Great hotel in a terrific...

Liked: Fabulous location close to the beach in Biarritz. We booked a room with sea view, and were upgraded to one with 2windows, giving views over the beach and up to the lighthouse. Breakfast was great
Disliked: Although a coffee machine is provided, you need to request a kettle if you want to make tea

Liked: The view was good, you can see the lighthouse. The hotel is very well located and very clean. The breakfast is wonderful!
Disliked: The hotel is really old, not well decorated, not what you see on the photos in booking. Thankfully the rooms were very clean so the stay was ok.

Liked: I was transferred from the Windsor hotel, due to oversell, I was sent to their sister hotel, La Suites Biarritz. What a great surprise. La Suites Hotel in Biarritz was excellent with staff being Very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Liked: Great location and beautiful view from the junior suite with sea view.
Disliked: The staff were not very helpful and seemed disinterested and bothered if any help was needed. Even the breakfast room staff was impolite and couldn’t smile. No extra effort is made to make guests feel welcome. The WiFi did not work well and I had to use my phone hotspot to do anything online. The hotel does not have high speed internet. An upgrade is needed.

Liked: Very comfortable bed, a good size and the bedding was lovely. Great lighting. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast lovely and great staff. Bathroom clean. Lovely towels. Practical touches - soap dispenser in shower was easy to use.
Disliked: The room was small and looked out onto a wall. There was some noise from above/next door.

Liked: The hotel is wonderfully located in the centre of Biarritz handy to everything. It has a door off the dining room that gives direct access to the beach. The breakfast buffet is excellent and all of the staff were. Rey helpful and friendly. The room matched the photos
Disliked: The room had facilities for coffee but not for tea.
