Very good

Liked: Super friendly staff, and convenient parking nearby. Room was old but clean
Disliked: Sound insulation was quite bad, person upstairs was marching around a lot

old structure - not far...

Liked: the place is in the green. with a very nice swimming pool in the middle of the garden. breakfast was ordinary but not too bad. can be a strategic plan to then visit Maranello museum
Disliked: structure looks old. structure closed at the end of our journey and we could not leave our luggages. wi fi was not working properly

Disliked: The rooms are definitely dated, but did the job.

Ideal accommodation to discover Modena...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. For those travelling by car the location is ideal, not downtown but easy access to everything. Convenient parking. The garden and pool are a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Room size and facilities were fine.
