The staff made our stay very enjoyable. Everyone from the front desk to valet to housekeeping made sure we were well looked after. The room was nice and very clean.

Liked: Check-in was seamless and the staff super helpful and friendly. The restaurant attached to the lobby was convenient, with excellent food and drink. Location is great with a 3 minute walk from a metro train station.

Cute hotel, comfortable and quiet...

Liked: I stayed here because it was close to a work event, but I loved the area for morning walks. The hotel is historic and charming, but with the comforts of a modern hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was excellent. Didn't get a chance to visit the YMCA next door, but it looked fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again!

Liked: Let us check in early after arriving on a cruise. Took free bikes around Stanley Park. Had wonderful European style breakfasts and great coffee. Staff were very attentive. Short walk to airport train. You are a credit to the city of Vancouver!
