Liked: Friendly and very helpful staff
Disliked: Location; a bit far from the city center

Pleasant

Liked: Calm location, heating works very well (but noisy so prepare not to sleep well if the heating is on), coffee in the room is good although no milk and no warm chocolate options.
Disliked: Rooms could do with more plugs, better mattresses, pillows and blanket would provide more comfort. Lack of breakfast is really a minus for me although boulangeries and restaurants are close by.
