Our stay was magical and...

Liked: From the moment we saw Le Priori on a cobblestone street in Quebec City, we knew we were going to love it!! Absolutely charming boutique style property with a gracious welcoming staff to greet us and check us in. They thought of every detail, answered our questions and the room was perfect with all amenities. Very comfy bed with cozy linens, awesome shower and nice toiletries. Le Priori location is fantastic and we walked everywhere. The Continental Breakfast was delicious, (buffet style) with many choices and served in a lovely room. Thank you for a memorable Canadian getaway!

We highly recommend this beautiful...

Liked: We are grateful that we were able to stay in a beautiful suite. I felt extra pampered being able to take a lovely bath. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was very attentive to us daily. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating location was excellent. Breakfast met our needs every day. The food was fresh and everything was clean and tidy and the coffee machine made very nice coffee and fun to use too! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and we look forward to someday being able to return!

Very good

Liked: The location was great. Parking was close by. We stayed in the William Suite, which was absolutely lovely. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very large and very well stocked. Breakfast was good. Staff during the week were very helpful and responsive.
Disliked: The stairs....lots of them. We stayed in the William Suite, which is located in a building separate from the main hotel. There are lots of stairs both getting into the suite, and once inside, there is another set of stairs leading you to the main bedroom and bathroom. No concierge, so you're literally dragging your luggage and any packages up an iron staircase to your suite. And then, if your room is on the upper level, you are carrying it up another very long flight of stairs. One bathroom in the suite on the sevond level - not great if your bed is on the first floor. The suite was cold until staff turned the heat on for us. The weekend staff were not friendly (the ones preparing breakfast looked angry). Food, cutlery, etc. not refilled until asked, which seemed to upset them. Working in the tourist industry is not easy and obviously is not for everyone. Parking is close by. However, it is a block away, so it is not convenient. One small but disappointing detail.... the website goes on about the fabulous crepes that are available as part of breakfast. It was disappointing to find out that the restaurant was no longer open and hadn't been since 2019, so no crepes. When the staff explained why the crepes were not available, I pointed out that it was still part of their website. She apologized but explained that they had no control over the content of the site....

Superb

Liked: Our suite was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Some of the lighting in our suite was inconvenient. There was no overhead light in the kitchen area. There was a spotlight pointing in from just outside the kitchen, but we couldn't figure out how or where to turn it on. It's a small thing, but inconvenient. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, but the bedding, with just a duvet, was too warm for me even with the temperature in the room lowered significantly. With no top sheet, I chose to cover up with a robe (one of our great room amenities!). I would have preferred a sheet.
