Delightful stay, very close to...
Liked: Lovely room literally steps from the Cathedral. No lift but that was not a problem for us. We stayed only one night and did not have breakfast so can’t comment. Staff were very attentive and consistently friendly. We stayed in a room that was part of a former chapel so it was architecturally interesting. Paid, underground parking was much closer than we had anticipated - 200 metres at the most.
Disliked: No hangers for clothes.

Nice hotel in excellent location.
Liked: The location is excellent. Close to the city center and very close to the very impressive cathedral. Rooms were good. Breakfast was good. Nice choice of typical French breakfast items. Internet was also easy to use and works excellent.
Disliked: Hard to say. A bad could be a nice add on. Small disadvantage is that the hotel has two locations.

Center but old
Liked: Location, clean room.
Disliked: The house of the hotel we stayed at is very old. The floors are creaky and sound isolation is zero, so you can't sleep if your neighbours are awake. Especially when someone is walking in a room above you. Additionally there were several waves of late noice in the street in front... It was pretty cold in the room, however we were in the midseason. The hotel is in a pedestrian street with no car access so nearest street parking is at least 200 m away, or an underground parking +/- 5 minutes walk.

a friendly, character-full hotel in...
Liked: We came to Amiens to see the cathedral, so this hotel's location could not have been better. It was also easy walking distance to the parking garage and a wide selection of restaurants. And the character of the building itself was fun.
Disliked: If you're going to stay here, try to pack lightly. The stairs, in character for such an old building, are uneven, sloped and not even always deep enough to fit an entire adult foot. Don't let them stop you from staying here, but you wouldn't want to haul a big heavy suitcase up and down them. Also, while a modest room is fine and this was well priced, I do think the hotel should do better than cinder blocks for nightstands.
