Wonderful staff and Location.

Liked: The location was fabulous. The staff were super friendly.
Disliked: The bedcovers smelt extremely fusty. I had to put clothes on them to make them sleep able. There was a strong smell coming from the drains.

Liked: Historical, location, access, charm of the old, delicious breakfast!
Disliked: The chapel renovation did not benefit from an historical in exterior renovation (especially PVC rolling shutters) & that does contribute to the beauty and unity of the place.

Disliked: On arrival no-one on reception despite my ringing the bell several times. When she arrived, she simply continued her mobile conversation with her friend while I had to stand and wait.

Liked: Extremely welcoming staff, perfect location so close to everything.The room was clean and warm with a comfy bed. Coffee machine was a nice touch
Disliked: As a light sleeper I was disturbed by the front door, also ceiling noise from the room above.It is a beautiful old building, and I appreciate there is little that can be done to.mitigate this.

Lovely

Liked: The Hotel is right in the middle of the city, exactly where we wanted to be. We were not aware that we could not drive right to the Hotel as it is in a "no car" zone. However, a secure underground car park was close by.
Disliked: Nothing, it met our expectations.

Disliked: TV didn't have Netflix

A lovely historic stay.

Liked: Location next to the Cathedral was perfect for a first visit to Amiens. The historic nature of the property was interesting. The bedroom was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: There were communal areas that needed refurbishment although this didn’t spoil our enjoyment of our stay. The ensuite had been updated cheaply and didn’t give the luxury ambiance you hope for. The toilet buttons were wet to the touch and felt unhygienic and the sink plug didn’t stop the water from escaping.
