Magical hotel in a magical...

Liked: Location, location, location… could not have wished for a better location plus the hotel is oh so chic, offering something over the many regular hotels. My go to as far as Paris trips are concerned.
Disliked: Not a lot. The stairs can be a challenge but hey that’s part of the magic about this charming and historic property

Overall great! - a beautiful...

Liked: This hotel has a great location - I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to go - Louvre, St.Germain, Place de la Concorde etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful especially Miguel & Jeremy. The rooms are handsomely decorated and the bathrooms were exceptional! - all was well - my only issues were the lack of carpets occasionally made it noisy when upstairs guests moved chairs and a very few times the internet was not up to par which is frustrating.
Disliked: Occasional lack of Internet connection!

Awkward room for someone tall...

Liked: Loved location. Fantastic access to a lot of restaurants and the Louvre. Could not complain about where the hotel is. Bathroom ok but the room with awkward to get around in. I wouldn't book this room again but the staff were great and we loved the area.
Disliked: Getting up and down the stairs at our age is hard work. Lots of homeless people when you walk out the door, obviously not their fault but we didn't like it.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: No lift. That's ok but just be aware. They were kind to help with bags so no problem. The room was more worn out than I would expect and not well cleaned unfortunately. (The last occupant's shoe was even hidding in the curtains.) There was a pesky big black fly to deal with when I first got into the room. Bed dead, sheets cheap and just concerned it wasn't clean either. Oops.
