Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: The staff is not friendly, the normal checkin time is 15h, they agreed for us to checkin during 14h-15h, but when we arrived we had to wait till 15h30 and we are not even allowed to sit there and wait. The room was also smaller than we expected from the photos.

Disliked: The staff, especially the receptionist that day (A tall man, with glasses and brown skin)did not show any immediate interest in the problems I had with the internet connection and heatingAnd he made me wait a long time without even apologizing.Also the smell of the hotel was very bad (the smell of urine coming from the bathrooms) when you first enter the building it is very clear and disgustingThe room did not have a window as shown in the pictures and he did not accept to change the room for me after I expressed my dissatisfactionThe room was like a graveI could not sleep in it at allIt is the worst stay I have ever booked in my life

Liked: The staff was so nice and helpful. The location was amazing. Everything was clean.
Disliked: The room was too small/ narrow.

Liked: The location is great, close to the city centre and train station
Disliked: The hotel is far from being hotel-quality, more like dormitory. The room was dirty, with a very unpleasant odor. There was no heating, and the air conditioning was covered in dust, which it blew into the room when turned on. The neighboring room operated as a brothel... several people came and went during the night, and we could "enjoy" their joy.
