Liked: The hotel is in a great location, quiet at night and exceptionally clean. The staff were lovely & friendly.The only downside is breakfast which is poor, even worse for someone with an allergy.When booking we paid extra for breakfast, I messaged the hotel in advance that I needed a gluten free breakfast, they confirmed this was available at booking. They confirmed again at check in but only a tinned fruit salad was offered 😞

Liked: Lovely location and staff who were incredibly welcoming. It was my fiancée's birthday and they couldn't be more forthcoming with balloons and cakes.
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: Didn’t get a room with a view as requested - just facing private apartments at the back forcing us to keep curtains closed for privacy. Alarm went off at 6.30am in the building due to a toaster. Staff didn’t help when I complained

Liked: Well located near the Champs Elysee. Staff very friendly and property very clean. Very nice breakfast included.
Disliked: Layout of room a little awkward. Hard to open closet to access hanging clothing.
