Disliked: The bed was a little too firm, and we only had our room cleaned once during our stay.

Disappointing

Liked: Had several problems at this location, mainly the bathroom. Bathroom sliding door was off the track, I got stuck in the bathroom for 10mins. Moved rooms. Then the 2nd room had falling paint from the ceiling in the shower. Television did not work. No working phone in the room to call the front desk. Moved to a 3rd room the bathroom sink was clogged. Called to front desk . They sent someone up to plunge the sink. He then poured a solution into the drain. It bubble back up, leaving the water in the sink brown.

Disliked: Close to Bourbon Street, so if you have a window facing the street, you will hear the music until late at night.
