Great time and would definitely...

Liked: Convenient location to several locations that allowed us to walk Very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The bar was being renovated and the pool did not appear to be usable. The bed squeaked when you sat down on it.

would probably stay again if...

Liked: location and very comfortable bed and pillows. busy location but quiet rooms.
Disliked: expected a bar but was under renovation. would not have booked if known. The shower floor had soap scum not removed when arrived. Some TV channels came in fuzzy.

Liked: We liked the location, the front desk help was excellent, being able to get a fresh cup of coffee was greatly appreciated.
Disliked: The room was pretty comfortable, but two dresser drawers kept openning up by themself obstructing the passage between the bed and the dresser.The maid service did not refill any of the following on a daily basis: Shampoo, facial tissue, coffee and sugar/ cream packets.

Well located but expensive for...

Liked: The location is great, just a few steps from Bourbon street. The staff was very nice and the room decent. The pool area is cute.
Disliked: The room « cleaning » was very minimal (no floor, shower or sink wiping, only pulling up the bed sheets, taking out trash and replacing towels). There are no hair dryer in the room. Only one tiny trash can without liner in the whole room. Shampoo and conditioner was not replaced once in 6 days. The pool was small. No food or drinks available in the facility.
