Disliked: There was no correspondence or willingness to help over booking.com. We asked about bike hire, and about taxi's and there was no assistance or willingness to assist.Nothing nearby, but it was close to the venue we had to visit for a wedding.

Picturesque setting but bedroom too...
Liked: Spacious rooms. Lidl supermarket just 100yds away. Pretty surroundings. Picturesque (but pricey) onsite restaurant.
Disliked: 0.7 mile walk with suitcases from Soffratta railway station with no public transport links or taxis in 43°C heat.On arrival (4pm) bedroom was 29°C and air-conditioning was slow and inefficient (had only reached 22°C by 7am the following morning) so made for a hot, sticky night with not much sleep.Was not advised that on site restaurant required booking so were left disappointed when we turned up at 8pm and had to settle for an inside table with no air-conditioning.Limited breakfast choice.
