Liked: The location is excellent. Downtown is reachable by a short walk and public transport is close by. A metro and several buses to reach the main destinations (Vieux Port, Mucem, Notre Dame de la Garde, Plage de Catalans, Rond Point du Prado). The facilities are clean. The staff reacts fast. We had some problems with door handles that were fixed very promptly.
Disliked: The breakfast is basic.

Liked: Staff was helpful and kind.
Disliked: Room was an attic room (We weren't informed about this before) luckily we are both under 5ft5in so it was okay, but kept hitting our heads on the ceiling and struggled to walk around the room. There was no natural light either. Also felt too expensive for what it was. Breakfast was not worth the price either.

Liked: comfortable, very good location much better to have hotel close to the chaotic region of port, good view, easy access to the Bus stations, pharmacy and supermarket

Would stay there again but...

Liked: Great location easy to get to and close to the vieux port.Friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
Disliked: Rooms facing the Main Street (paradise) are noisy (traffic).Floor could do with a bit of better cleaning, however the bed was comfortable and bed sheets and bathroom clean and well stocked.
