We had an excellent stay!
Liked: Our room was actually a lovely studio with two rooms, very comfortable beds and a great bathroom. It was elegant, cozy and spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has many charming features and is near the cathedral and the Palais des Ducs.

Liked: The location was very good. Close to the town centre. The beds were comfortable and the room spotlessly clean.
Disliked: When we arrived, the bathroom radiator was on full blast and was missing the control knob, which made the entire place ridiculously hot and uncomfortable - the staff tried to fix it but without success. They said that they'd get someone to fix it the next day, which didn't happen. Although the place had air-conditioning, it didn't work - the only way to cool the place was to leave the window open each night. The shower was just an extension to the bath, with a cheap plastic bracket on the wall and no way to direct the flow. Some of the light switches above the bed were broken. When we checked out, the receptionist gave us an insincere apology about the heating saying that it was the weekend and so it wasn't possible to get anyone to fix the radiator.
