Great hotel in the Port...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, and they speak English very well. Room was quite large and there were separate bathtub & shower. Well stocked minibar in room if you wanted a drink or snack. We were given 1 free drink ticket for bar downstairs! Turndown service was provided nightly & they provided a carafe of water & 2 little chocolates. We would definitely come back.
Disliked: The room felt a bit dark, it had black patterned carpet, black furniture & not a lot of overhead lighting, so if you dropped something it was challenging to find it. Also, the coffee maker in the lobby didn't make good tasting coffee, thankfully there was a Nespresso in our room.

Comfy big room in a...

Liked: Very nice buffet. We only ate there once and arrived late. Saw they had quiche the following morning. Great location for walking directly to board our cruise or to explore Old Quebec.
Disliked: The public areas were a little small. There were three small conversation areas to meet friends or enjoy a cocktail and all three were often in use.

Disliked: Room a bit dark. It needed a grab bar in bath/shower
