Liked: The place is very centric, close to Monterrey's main attractions. The staff is very flexible and attentive. The place is secure, although the surroundings aren't too much.
Disliked: Furniture and general state of the building is kind of old. Bathroom facilities and shower are not the best.

Liked: Front desk staff were very nice.
Disliked: Neighborhood is horrible. Bed sheet was too small for bed and was just laid on the bed. Air conditioner was so loud I had to have TV at top volume to hear it. Maintenance staff was using power tools on room across hall until 10pm and then started back up at 10am. Cost was high for what was offered. No reason to stay here. Spend a few extra bucks and get out of the neighborhood.

Liked: The most important thing you can expect from a hotel is a warm welcome after going through all the security checks at the airport and so on. And here there was a warm welcome, I was not forced to wait to check into my room, although it was indicated that check-in was from 14:00, and I arrived at 11:00 and what a big savings, the room was clean. and no cockroaches, there was soap, water and a towel. I like it
