Wonderfully Affordable!

Liked: I was booking for family relative and the process was easy and fluid. It was wonderful to be able to communicate with the hotel and get clear replies.
Disliked: I wish the exchanged were in real time and that there wasn't a delay so that I could relay the information to the person for which I was booking. There was a confusing mention of a PIN in an email which to this day I have no idea what it is.
