Disliked: The plastic under sheet on the bed made it very hot and not possible to open the window because it's on a main road.

Where did the two stars...

Liked: The personnel in the hotel were amazing. Friendly, hospitable and sincerely wanting to help you and to make your stay in the city memorable and easy. Thank you!
Disliked: This is nowhere near a four-star hotel. The room is tiny, there are basically no other facilities other then your bed, TV, and a kettle. The furniture was nice and new, the beds are comfortable, but this is a great two-star hotel, not four, so overpriced. Also, the hotel requires that you leave your key every time you leave the hotel, which is, frankly, a ridiculous rule.

We'd come back to visit...

Liked: Eric on reception was fantastic... friendly.. chatty and even helped us check in early after no sleep. A credit to the hotel :)
Disliked: It wasn't as central as I expected but metro outside the front door which was great!!
