Liked: It was a beautifully decorated hotel in a prime location. Breakfast was excellent as well as the service.
Disliked: It was perfect. No complaints.

Liked: Location good not too busy hotel
Disliked: Did not have breakfast there ridiculous expensive also there was a car park under hotel but again very expensive found a car park for the whole 4 days the same price as one night at hotel

Disliked: Nothing, everything was most acceptable

Overrated hotel with rude staff.

Liked: Overall the property is nice and services are up to standard (we really enjoyed having a valet picking up the car)
Disliked: We booked a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, clearly stated in the description. We didn’t get the sofa bed, instead my son got a baby cot. When we pointed out that we booked a room with a sofa bed, at first they denied it, then, when I showed the description, they claimed it “should” say optional, still not taking the blame for it. Overall, a rude reply and a terrible way to treat guests.

Excellent hotel and would certainly...

Liked: The breakfast although quite expensive was very good with plenty of choice.The location question is quite strange to ask. Location good or bad is down to where you need to stay, if you wanted access to the far end of town you wouldn’t stay here and vice versa.
Disliked: It’s not a dislike just a comment which meant you didn’t get top marks for everything. It would assist to have USB or Type C plugs available for charging electronic equipment.

Reception staffs were very friendly...

Liked: Every things were very good the location and room size and the bed and I like the room carpet ,, my child was with me and the put toy for her when arriving which is good thing
Disliked: Just one thing ,, they didn’t put all bathrooms tool like toothbrush which should be ready there no need to asking for it because this hotel is 5 stars in booking site
