Liked: I very much liked the location of the hotel which is directly by the ocean.
Disliked: Even though I received extra email from hotel that some one from hotel staff will come with me to the parking place and will help us with our lugagge, nobody helped us. There was only one lady at reception who could not (and did not want to) help us, so we had to carry our luggage 32 stairs up and then (when check out) down.Our bed was too soft.In the bathroom we saw that there is a ventilator but we did not find the button where to switch it on.

Liked: The room, which was well appointed, and had a fabulous view. This would be fantastic in summer.The CAFE dinning room, very neat and well set out.
Disliked: The lack of any facilities in the hotel itself, it was just a 4 floor 17 room building with a central lift and security stairs at each end. No lounge/sitting room. I am quite puzzled how this received a 4 star rating.The costing, the room price increased 3 times during our stay. It started at 289 23rd DEC up to 316 27th DEC up to 442 30 DEC then 443 on the 01 JAN. Nothing changed in our room during this time.
