The hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely courteous and tended to all of our needs. Frances has to have the best customer service I have seen in a while. I would deffinently recommend this place to friends and family. The only thing that could have been better was parking. The lot only fits about 10 spaces and then you are on your own to find your own parking spot on the streets or pay for a parking garage. All in all, my experience with Hotel Le Blue was fabulous!

Disliked: Parking was the only negative.

Very convenient well run, good...
Liked: Reception were available and helpful, room service was helpful and pretty quick. There is a launderette a short walk. There is an amazing burrito place "Tacobee", accessible via Uber eats. So healthy and generous portions.
Disliked: I had an issue with the heater on the first night. I pushed + to get high temp cos it was a bit cold. And it smelt a bit so I unplugged it. After that reception told me what to choose on it. Choose heat and that's it. Subsequent days I did that. Much better. It's not quiet but I could unplug it if it was annoying. I'd have liked it if they gave a discount if booking multiple days on a row but booking one day at a time. They could give out a "do not disturb" hanger on the door that so the cleaner doesn't knock. Cos if I booked another day there isn't such a need for a knock. If I don't want a clean. Or if I don't want a clean in the afternoon. Just an idea. But I liked it.

The worst customer service of...
Liked: Nothing, I was double charged for a night's stay and not given a room the next night, or refunded. So I paid three nights for the price of one in the end. Am very dissatisfied with the hotel, staff and management for this. Especially after having spent several thousand pounds here over the past few weeks! :( extremely dissatisfied customer
Disliked: The staff were extremely rude, they kept interrupting my call with the airline to try to change my flight, resulting in a further loss of £450.
