The hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely courteous and tended to all of our needs. Frances has to have the best customer service I have seen in a while. I would deffinently recommend this place to friends and family. The only thing that could have been better was parking. The lot only fits about 10 spaces and then you are on your own to find your own parking spot on the streets or pay for a parking garage. All in all, my experience with Hotel Le Blue was fabulous!

Liked: The room was decent but the housekeeping half made the bed and when I called for fresh pillow cases I got no answer so it was okay for one night.
Disliked: Well to start, both elevators in the lobby were taking turns malfunctioning and going out of order every other time someone went to use it. Including me when I went to take it upstairs to my room after check out. It got stuck the minute it started going up after the front desk guy, who spoke barely any English, insisted I take it after it literally had an out of order sign on it. Then after I got out of the elevator after 15 minutes, I asked him where the staircase was and he had no clue. How do you work at a HOTEL and not know where the staircase is? It must’ve been first few hours on the job there. He brought me into the managers office thinking it was the staircase.. Check out thankfully was seamless but I really expected a much betterr stay. I stayed there years ago and the product has gone down immensely.

Disliked: Floors were cold. Beds were hard. The heat did not warm up the room. Staff was as cold as the floors

I had an amazing night.

Liked: The room was great, the bed was comfortable, there was adequate space to move around. There are balconies which is great for summer time. The lighting was great. For the price I paid, I was so happy with the results.
Disliked: The hotel didn't have a vending machine,so bring your snacks and drinks.
