Great location but loud

Liked: Great location and had everything we needed.
Disliked: We really struggled with the noise. The room we were given was in between the main staircase and street. The staircase was very echoey and we were often woken up by guests returning to their rooms /shouting in the middle of the night. Perhaps this could be avoided with signs to remind guests to be respectful/quiet when moving around the hotel after midnight. The other side of our room faced the street. We found it really hard to sleep with the constant sound of trams going past.

Perfect stay at The Lavender...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, staff. Allowed us to check into our room early.
Disliked: Sofa bed a little uncomfy, but other than that perfect

Great place and location

Liked: Good location, not far from center. Laundry mat directly across the street and convenience store next door.
