Liked: Location, breakfast, pillow menu (yes, menu), front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: In-room coffee doesn't measure up to picky American standards. Would suggest maybe Nespresso machine?!?! Instant coffee is a fail in an upscale hotel.

Liked: Location to the Duomo and all other historical sites are within close walking distance.
Disliked: The pictures made the rooms look bigger than the one we had. Overall it was clean, great location, great staff however slightly smaller than our expectations.

Liked: This hotel had good and appropriately appointed rooms, a very good location, and the staff was friendly and helpful on our every request. The breakfast room was also nicely appointed and served very good food.
Disliked: I though that the lobby area and the elevators could be freshened up a bit.
