Disappointed. Hotel needs a revamp.

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: My room was dirty. Bathroom had multiple dead roaches. Shower drain did not work. Bed sheets dirty ( felt used ) and stained, old and ripped. Bad odor. Not very pleasant.

Liked: Location pretty good close to the convention center. Access is easy.
Disliked: Rooms are pretty old, the carpets stink literally, Wi-fi is pretty spotty. Just go to a brand name hotel, Don't let the other reviews trick you.

Liked: Location was good, but hard to find if you don't know the roads.. we had a family party in the hired room so for convince we also booked a room .
Disliked: Very old and tired room with bathroom units in faded red ( very 1970's ) .Although booking reserve the room with your bank details . You have to do a bank transfer to be sent at least three days before you arrive..When we arrived we had to show the confirmed transfer details to prove you paid . Ok so we did . Then three hours later when we went past reception the same man asked again have we paid, then when we checked out they wanted more personal details and asked to filll in a questionnaire and once again we were asked to show details that we had paid. Absolutely crazy way to treat guests. And we have never been treated like that in a hotel, made to feel like criminals trying to get a free room . They only take cash if you turn up on the day to get a room . Much better places to stay . We will never return
