Amazing location, spacious room, friendly...

Liked: My stay was comfortable and safe. The hotel staff were really friendly and helped as much as they can. The hotel is really nice and big, and the decorations are amazing. I booked a room with a twin bed and it was really spacious, and the bathroom was big as well with both a shower and a bathtub. The room was clean as well and the location was perfect, a short walk from everything, and there are many nice cafes and restaurants exactly under the hotel. The area was very very safe.
Disliked: The room was not very well insulated, I could hear people walking outside and the sound of them pulling their luggage which woke me up multiple times.

Quirky luxury in the midst...

Liked: Location. Room comfortable and beautiful. Staff excellent. Love the uniqueness of every room and maintaining the historical aspect o f the property. Rooftop was fabulous. Valet service and porters wonderful.
Disliked: Confusing to get around. Recommend better signage. Truly, we got lost 5 times in 3 days. The wonderful porters Pablo and Pedro rescued us every time. It became somewhat of a joke but I do know friends who would not think of this as funny.

One of our favourite short...

Liked: 10/10 this hotel is unbelievably beautiful, such character and so interesting! Every turn you make you arrive at a place of beauty. Clean & amazing location! Everything was within walking distance, with coffee shops / restaurants just outside the front of the hotel. The room was full of character and the bed was so comfortable!!!! The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We didn’t want to leave!!! The piano bar is a lively addition along with the roof terrace, pool and spa!
Disliked: We loved everything!
