Weekend break

Liked: Great location close to the town centre, easily accessible from the train station. The staff were helpful and polite, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel and rooms are beautifully designed and give a great calming vibe. One of the best hotels.

Highly recommend for city break...

Liked: The welcome was outstanding - we left our bags as we were early and when we returned much later we were delighted that we had been checked in and our bags were in our rooms. Staff throughout were outstanding Room was spacious and comfortable. Facilities were great. Breakfast was very good. Location between Eurostar station and the centre was ideal.
Disliked: Nothing. It was just a lovely stay.

Liked: Almost everything. Staff all exceptionally friendly courteous and helpful.
Disliked: We weren't able to have dinner in the restaurant because it was booked out and we hadn't reaised we should have a reservation.
