Highly recommend for city break...

Liked: The welcome was outstanding - we left our bags as we were early and when we returned much later we were delighted that we had been checked in and our bags were in our rooms. Staff throughout were outstanding Room was spacious and comfortable. Facilities were great. Breakfast was very good. Location between Eurostar station and the centre was ideal.
Disliked: Nothing. It was just a lovely stay.

Liked: Almost everything. Staff all exceptionally friendly courteous and helpful.
Disliked: We weren't able to have dinner in the restaurant because it was booked out and we hadn't reaised we should have a reservation.

Disliked: The bathroom light would not go off and it has a glass door so was impossible to sleep. We literally only got about 3 hours!

Liked: The hotel ambiance is very cozy. The staff are friendly and welcoming and proactive in helping the guests. Nice touch was the soft toy gifted to children guests.

Good value for money and...

Liked: Friendly staff, fast check-in, good amenities and free drinks in the mini bar. Comfortable bed
Disliked: the extra bed for our child took a lot of space so difficult to move around the room(very little space). There were no hooks to hang our jackets and there were only 3 hangers to put clothes in a tiny closet. Also no space to hang towels. The floor had a lot of dust and hair from previous occupants and the shower drain was congested with hair.
