Liked: I disliked the change of reservation 48 hours before and direction to another hotel
Disliked: the reception staff at the hotel where we were directed, relatively surly;when I made the reservation it said that there was a parking lot. At the new location, I opted to park the car at the hotel parking lot and only after I parked did I find out that it is far away, that I only have access with an escort. In other words, paying and having conditional access to one's property is inhuman and unnatural.

Liked: The whole experinace at the hotel was amazing including from the moment we entered and left the hotel. The staff is more than niceThe hotel looks beautifulThe brekfast option is big
Disliked: Parking situtation but in their defence they offer private spot and it's worth the money they even take care for you all so you don't have to worry about it.

Liked: Nice location, great staff—always friendly and helpful. The balconies were great. Nice beach area.
Disliked: We thought the junior suite would be a bit bigger based on photos online. The shower needs more privacy.
