Not a great choice (unless...

Liked: Great location. Conveniently near La Defense Arena. Helpful staff when problems arose.
Disliked: Several problems did arise. The room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty. There had been a boiler issue (apparently) the day we checked in and it made the water in the bathroom brown. There also was a broken socket in our room that was fixed within an hour or two.

Near the defense arena and...

Liked: It is near the defense arena , a 20 minute walk and it’s really convenient also the guy who checked us in was really nice and helpful. There’s also a boiler to make coffee and tea
Disliked: Hopefully they can do something with the water from the bath because yellow water comes out first so you have to let it pour for a while.

Maybe a 2,5 star hotel

Liked: The staff was very nice.
Disliked: The room was very small and in some parts you could see the mould. This is not ok and was hidden by some curtains. Everywhere on the signs next to the hotel it is shown as a 2 star hotel but the hotel shows 3 stars. Maybe they improved in time, but only on paper.

Clean hotel

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The room was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of electrical outlets, kettle was available.
Disliked: Unfortunately, one of the receptionists did not speak English, but thanks to her colleague or translator we arranged everything we needed. Room service could be more sustainable - unnecessary daily towel changes, classic soap and shampoo instead of refillable containers, etc.
