Lovely room,clean,tidy hotel,friendly staff,definitely recommend
Liked: The room is a good size albeit on this occasion noisy as yiu could hear the traffic. We were on 11th floor, tge view from the room was lovely, the last time we stayed we were on 5 th floor abd the view was the multi store car park btut there was no noise. The breakfast as before was lovely, loads of choice full English, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, dried fruit, fresh fruit, etc
Disliked: We couldn't turn the heat down in the bedroom so we were too hot

Enjoyable stay
Liked: Perfect location and lovely hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: That you can’t check in slightly earlier without having to pay. Most hotels allow this without a fee.

Quality and convenience

Very good
Liked: Didn't eat in the Hotel so cannot comment. The Sky bar was a fantastic experience with great views and a cool sunset.
Disliked: The reception area was a bit minimalistic and cold. I don't think it offered as warm as an introduction as it could.
