Problematic to take luggage to...

Liked: When the reception was manned the people were nice.
Disliked: on arrival at the advertised check in time there was a note to say that it would not be possible till 5pm so nowhere to leave luggage safely. The lift does not work and looks as if it hasn't for some time. The room was too small to open a small oyster case on the floor and the door locks were questionable. In fact my companion's door was not locked after housekeeping on one day.

Liked: Front desk staff were so kind and helpful. 200m from the Enzo Ferrari Museum.The dog at the front desk was so sweet! She is a search and rescue dog who helps to find people after earthquakes.
Disliked: A kettle or coffeemaker in the room would be a nice addition.
