A nightmare

Liked: cute hotel amd nice location
Disliked: our shower broke when we got back from a night out at 3.30am. I turned the handle to take a shower and it came apart and water was gushing every where, flooding the room. We called the hotelier for assistance, and the hotel water was turned off. A plumber came at 5am and 2hrs of hamering , metal grinding and plumbing meant we had zero sleep. Absolutely no form of refund was offered, because she thought it was our fault. Unbelievable.

Superb

Liked: Small hotel, family managed, with careful staff, good ambiance, quiet and super clean. Very good breakfast. Next to the ring and ideal for short stays and even to work inside rooms with desk. Not too far from few good dining option.
Disliked: The only missing thing may be a boiler for water inside the room, but there's Espresso machine.

Unique place and people in...

Liked: Spotless place and very frendly staff , thanks for accomodation and hospitality
Disliked: We stay just one night in the room nr 1.unfortunately :( very comfy and warm

Exceptional

Liked: It's incrediably lovely! We were passing by Brussel and booked it very late in the afternoon, but the arrival and check in was very smooth. Very nice family runs the hotel.They upgraded the room for my parents in ground floor, so that they don't need to climb up stairs. Thanks a lot!Each rooms were decorated differently, all very nice. Rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is very tasty, not a lot of variety but very good quality food. The garden is also very lovely.
Disliked: Nothing. FYI: no lift, with stairs. :)
