Nice premise but no suitcase...

Liked: Lovely premise. Nicely laid out with a beautiful view
Disliked: After check out, we were not able to leave our luggage in a secure area. They told us we needed to extend our room for 370 pesos / £12 despite having no other guests and plenty of empty rooms that could have been used for this purpose. We therefore had to leave with our big backpacks and subsequently could not visit the cultural museum or any art galleries. This hotel ruined our Ajijic visit with this decision. On top of this, no hot water, ceiling fan did not work but we would have overlooked this if they were accommodating.

Disliked: When we arrived the personal treated us into a really bad way and we can't pay with card because their terminal doesn't work.
