Liked: the beds were really comfortable. the location was perfect, everything is nearby
Disliked: the bathroom looked quite old and a little dirty. some corners of the room wasn’t cleaned properly. the utensils are extremely dirty. the shower was a hassle. water seeped into the room

Liked: - location- check out - cleaning staff
Disliked: - check in ( The lady at check-in was not polite. No "good day," "hello," or welcome. She only told us to wait because she was busy on the computer. A very unfriendly lady. On the other hand, the lady at checkout was excellent.- breakfast needs to be bit better

Liked: Spacious room, clean and elevator.
Disliked: Very old, battered furniture. Parking was impossible near the hotel and we ended up in a lot over a mile away.

Liked: Small clean, comfortable hotel in good location a few minutes walk from one of the main squares in the city centre. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful when we needed an urgent document printed from an email.
