Liked: Nothing .
Disliked: There was no heating in the room. It was very dirty and smelled of weed. I didnt even sleep there ! After i saw the rooms condition i asked to be refunded and i was rudely rufused. I litteraly had to book another hôtel. This is a crackhouse

Disliked: No heating. No hot water. Sink clogged. No housekeeping. No secondary key. Dodgy elevator. No night service. No linen change. Poor customer service.

Liked: Price and location of the hotel are OK. The price is the cheapest one, meanwhile the location is nearby down town.
Disliked: Old hotel with old and minimum facilities. The Lift was only for 2 persons, and feel not safe. the Lock of the room was broken. The washroom or toilet is too small.

Forgotten jewel one metro station...

Liked: Value for money. I expected the worst based on previous reviews but was thoroughly surprised and impressed at the size and refurbished room(rm 34) where I stayed. Fridge and aircond.The small corridors and red bricks and multiple floors of the old building takes away but nicely refurbished. Nice wooden floors and good lighting.Wide elevator. 800mts to St Catherine st, 900mts to Big Wheel/Old Port, 2blocks away from main metro station Sherbrooke.
Disliked: The front entrance was difficult and looked abandoned but since it is under construction/refurbishment, the debris in front could be organized so it does not look like an abandoned construction site. Behind the unit is a building in rehabilitation!!! Does get noisy after 7am.No ramp access to front desk. I hope it is done after the entrance is rehabilitated. First impression..last a lifetime. I really hope that the owner gives priority attention to quickly fix the front entrance from outside to Lobby...that would set the tone for a better impact to new clients!!!
