Very good

Liked: Very quiet and cozy. Staff were nice and friendly.
Disliked: Would benefit from repair or replacement of bathtub jets, and hotter shower water (for guests who like hot showers).

We felt the accommodations were...

Liked: There was no breakfast. The location was close to our needs.
Disliked: The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. The rooms were dingy and the paint needed refreshed. The accommodations and decor were dated.

Liked: staff was friendly
Disliked: building was in need of repair and facilities were unclean. I chose to not sleep in the beds or use the washroom facilities. I left at first light the following day.

Disliked: Tons of dead bugs in light fixture and many live flies on the window, behind the curtains
