Liked: Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but nice, great atmosphere. The room was good sized and clean. Hotel is located dead centre in Milan, but...
Disliked: ...there was a street tram stop under my window. Hardly slept due to the noise, even with ear plugs. The second night I did not sleep at all, and left for the airport early and had to take the next day off to rest. Shame, hotel itself is nice and staff super friendly

Great location, good staff, the...

Liked: Location is outstanding.
Disliked: Given the cost and comparatives across Europe it was very expensive and quite plain. The noise through the night was terrible when the rubbish trucks arrived again and again.

Liked: LOCATION, CLOSE TO MILAN DUOMO, RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING & MEDICAL PHARMACIES
Disliked: ROOM TOO WARM & BED/PILLOWS BIT TOO HARD!!!

Perfect location and excellent staff

Liked: The location was fantastic for central Milan and the Duomo.it was nice and clean and the staff were excellent; especially Romolo.
