Relaxing place to stay.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful, from front desk to restaurant. Convenient to grab gas or coffee at Starbucks right next door. Free bikes to borrow. 10 minute walk to beach.
Disliked: One elevator out of service due to renovation.

Disappointing

Liked: The view from the balcony.
Disliked: Few staff members were knowledgeable but some gave wrong information.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff/s were friendly and responded quickly when I need help.
Disliked: Everything was good, except for the air cond fan, a bit noisy.

Liked: Good location with comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Paper cups!!! US$30/day resort fees not included in price. Need to use on hotel services like food which was overpriced and not very good and then they charge US$40 for parking.Price - expensive for what it offers and then your slugged resort fee too

Exceptional

Liked: Really great hotel. Easy parking, great rooms, amazing view, too restaurant with a stunning view. Will always prefer to stay here when in La Jolla. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.
