Disliked: A little run down. Charged us when we arrived even though we already paid while booking, but got refunded the same night after we made them aware.

Disliked: Totally everything. The parking lot was one sheet of ice. I asked for 1st floor, entrance from the parking lot. Was given a room with steps. My husband has mobile issues, he couldn't walk from the lobby to our room. Room was hard to locate and I fell in the parking lot, hitting my head,elbow and hip. Still having pain issues. Reported it to the desk that night and again in the morning. I was showed a paper that read due to winter conditions not responsible for incidents. Didn't get an apology. Will never stay again, in fact if I ever said Hotel LA Caravelle to my husband, just shoot me. I rate this Hotel a 1.

It is dark and very...

Liked: Nothing and this was our 2nd time. We won’t be staying there anymore.
Disliked: There is nothing in service, no assistance, not easy to get into when you require assistance. I requested - no stairs/or elevator. When we stayed there prior I wasn’t sure if they had accommodations for assistance required as I didn’t state I needed it. This time I did and I never got back any problem with my request.
