Liked: The staff was very nice and the location is very convenient
Disliked: The rooms are nothing extraordinary. A bit small and not too stilish. The breakfast was not very good.

Disliked: Breakfast, a very complicated logistic about it, you have to reserve and decide your hot drink the night before but in the morning the staff are not ready for breakfast, no eggs, no bread, no hot drink on free service and it costs 12€Staff could be more customer experience oriented specially the woman on the desk who is not very nice

Liked: Good location, near subway station and good restaurants around.
Disliked: Night receptionist doesn't speak english and was poor trained. Awful communication, confused, lost in processes. No Minibar. No air conditioning. Very small bathroom - Toilette very close to the sink. And no power socket in the bathroom. instable Wifi. Poor cleaning (dusty under the bad). Very small pillow. The room need repairs and painting. In addition to all this, there is a children's school right next to the hotel, so the screams and noises start early.
