Great location and great breakfast

Liked: The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Great location near town square and quiet which is always a bonus. Would stay again.
Disliked: Carpets need replacing.

Disliked: Worst experience I ever had with a hotel. I will try to cut this story short. Be extra careful with them and your reservation, we came after 4 hours of driving to Germany, this hotel said they will be waiting for us and they just ignored our paid reservation!! We agreed on later check in via phone and they said we will have self check in prepared. We even came 20 min earlier than we expected and nobody answered, opened. After this horrible experience they are not picking our calls and did not even apologize, I have many friends who speak german and they called, hotel hang up after they said our name or booking number. This is very rude and not professional at all, I worked in a hotel and this is just not the way you treat hosts. We booked this place 6 days before coming and they knew we will be coming around 11pm. It even says reception is open until midnight on the door. They just do not care!!! How can you just ignore a host coming to your hotel with valid and paid reservation and then not even pick up a phone or just hang up. No apology no money back. We had to find a hotel in a very small town in a middle of the night. Was not easy at all. Shame on you Kuntsmuhle.
