Outstanding hotel

Liked: The style and ambience are among the best in Stockholm. I can say this, having stayed at most decent hotels in this beautiful city.
Disliked: The only thing that could improve is the density of staff. When they're full in the restaurants and bars, it could take a few minutes to get service. It's still very good, but if I have to point out something

Character hotel in a great...

Liked: Boutique hotel in a central location . Stylish and character filled place with each room decorated differently . Our family room for 3 was a good size with a bunk for our son . Great breakfast.One of our favourite places on our trip
Disliked: We liked it all .

Wonderful stay, great location, amazing...

Liked: Hotel location is great, right in the middle of the city, with easy access to all fancy places and transportation means. Hotel building is wonderful old style and all of the rooms are very well designed. Bar and a restaurant is extremely cozy and warm
Disliked: There is a big need to invest in soundproofing of the premises as you can here all the music from a disco club across the road. Ear plugs don't help

Probably a little underwhelming. Not...

Liked: Location and bar were great
Disliked: Room was run down and not very clean. Bathroom door broken and didn’t shut, asked for it to be fixed and reception said they would send maintenance but it never got fixed and got fed up of asking. Small details missing like only one dressing robe in the room even though room was booked for x2 people. No spoon for coffee. Extractor fan dusty and dirty

Magic experience

Liked: We like the style of the hotel the most. His historical story also. It'very cozy and sweet. But, "the gueen of the house" is restaurant interior - looks like a residential area but inside. Very unique.
Disliked: There is nothing to don't like.
