Liked: Warm, friendly atmosphere when I arrived, and a very helpful lady helped with parking, checked me in and looked after me at dinner despite my lack of Swiss German. The room had everything I needed and was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast with lots of coffee!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: for a 2 star hotel is nice. common areas need an upgrade. pool seems nice, but we didn't use it.
Disliked: the restaurant seems very nice but the night we stayed at the hotel the restaurant closed at 7pm due to a special buffet event, so we couldn't try it.

Easy last minute stay

Liked: A very handy location for a stop. We made a very last minute booking, and everything went smooth.
Disliked: The staff did not speak English, so it wasn’t that easy to communicate.

Superb

Liked: Friendly location with free parking and good restaurant, good breakfast and convenient position close to Gotthard Tunnel
Disliked: I would suggest to put more "frittaten" into the frittaten suppe which was nearly empty..beside that i had a good dinner and location for food and stay in general is recommended

Great views to wake up...

Liked: Very clean. Comfortable. Good facilities and some off road parking.
Disliked: The pool was a lovely touch but was extremely cold. Phone in advance if you would like to use the sauna

Liked: Quiet location everything you need for an overnight stop with parking and food Breakfast excellent Owners on hand to look after you
Disliked: Rooms being in different building across road Dated and tired rooms Wifi intermittent as far from main building an extender in the block would solve this
