It's not bad, but it...

Liked: On the plus side , the place was clean , and accessible by tram and very close to the train station and in a very quiet neighbourhood.Breakfast was below our expectations, very few items however the restaurantitselfwas nice and ckeanThe hotel is supposed to be a 4-star hotel , and we booked their premium room.But there's no view , no pool , no gym , no mini bar at the room , no bathrobe , no slippers , no scale.I wasn't bothered about those missing stuff , but at a 4-star hotel in Zurich, some of those items must be there!!

Short and sweet

Liked: Location was great, there is metro station right in front of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay, nothing special. In my opinion it’s not worth the money. The coffee during breakfast should be better. For a 4 star hotel I think having disposable slippers is a must.

Good location with excellent view...

Liked: In expensive Zurich it makes sense to have a hotel breakfast. Beautiful view to Zurich from the balcony. Walking distance to the city centre and train station. Easy to reach the airport
