Liked: Sarah W at the front desk was invaluable ...she was so helpful with interpretation...our car broke down and she was fantastic same with the other Sarah at the front ! Can't say thank you enough it made a bad situation so much better ! So we could enjoy the beautiful city!
Disliked: Beds where hard ...some like the. That way but not me..more comforters in the room would be nice
