Definetely coming back!

Liked: Everything! It was a perfect stay. The hotel is at perfect location with amazing staffs. Everyone is very helpful, rooms are so clean. We had very comfortable and unforgettable stay. Hotel craft is a perfect match to overall Florence. Very elegant , chic yet very cosy!

Great location

Liked: It’s away from the tourist centre and close to the train station.
Disliked: House keeping is not great, I had to ask at 3pm for the room to be cleaned after returning from a day out for the room to be cleaned.Gym opened at 9am would be good if it opens maybe at 7am or 8am

wonderful discovery for short, romantic...

Liked: location, room, and service were top. it was a short stay but we were welcomed really nicely. the sauna and the small gym were a nice addition.

Solo female traveler takes Florence!

Liked: The property was great. It was in the edge of the city center, so it was very walkable to get to the demo and get to the shopping and get to the bridges and the restaurants. I had a great time. The concierge services were very lovely and amenable they would bookrestaurant reservations, they would call me taxis. They essentially made my visit the easy.
Disliked: There’s nothing really bad about the property to report. Actually, the rooms were lovely. The building itself very conveniently pleased. I have not a bad thing to report really
