Excellent stay and, hopefully I...

Liked: The heated roof top pool was the highlight for me. And the excellent breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was excellent. The staff were polite and friendly, smiling always.
Disliked: Dinner at night. I wish the hotel had promoted their dinner at night or their restaurant and made it seem like something to enjoy.

One to come back to...

Liked: Location was perfect with a lovely room with a great balcony. Heated pool as a bonus. Staff were friendly and very efficient. First class stay. Cannot wait to return.
Disliked: All good. Resturant was a little expensive with limited menu.

Excellent staff and location! Hotel...

Liked: Loved the room with a cozy balcony, loved that it had a sofa bed in addition to 2 twin beds. The breakfast was fantastic! So much to choose from and the service was friendly and on point! Loved how you could walk along the river to follow into town!
Disliked: Nothing!

A well-run comfortable stay away...

Liked: Great family room. Large queen with two twins. Comfortable. Two bathrooms two minibars. Everything in the roomWorked and was clean. Staff was very helpful. Gym was great. I loved the sauna too. The breakfast was great. Even though I mention some issues this was a great stay.
Disliked: Lots of noise from upstairs. The staff said they didn’t know what the source was but it almost sounded like construction noise. Also I really would have liked black out curtains. It was very light in the room. The dinner at the restaurant was not our favorite. No we didn’t complain.

Excellent hotel with good facilities...

Liked: Everything was smooth and efficient. From the speedy check-in going forward nothing was too much trouble. There was always a member of staff on hand. All staff were helpful and genuinely wanted to give good customer service.Very clean room and whole hotel. Very comfortable bed and bedroom. Breakfast was plentiful and good.The view from the restaurant on the open-air terrace was great. It was a shame that we had bad weather throughout and could not use the terrace because of this. The open-air swimming pool looked great, but again we could not use it (although it was still heated) because of the rain. Location was very good. Very quiet, but with many restaurants nearby. It took about 15-20 minutes to walk into the old town.
Disliked: The restaurant menu choices for dinner were not to my taste and not enough choice.
