Liked: Everything was great in this hotel, nice location with very clean and cute rooms. Staff were so kind and they upgraded our room complementarily. Location was nice, close to termini and the central part of the city

Very nice hotel and excellent...

Liked: Very nice and welcoming hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Close to the central railway station, so easy to get to.
Disliked: It’s a 15 minute walk from the centre of Florence, which is absolutely fine for most people, but my mobility is limited.

Definetely coming back!

Liked: Everything! It was a perfect stay. The hotel is at perfect location with amazing staffs. Everyone is very helpful, rooms are so clean. We had very comfortable and unforgettable stay. Hotel craft is a perfect match to overall Florence. Very elegant , chic yet very cosy!
