Liked: Superb location, amazing rooftop terrace and pool, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Good location and great staffs

Liked: Location was perfect from Train station and staffs are very nice and kind! Breakfast was good too
Disliked: Nothing much! Just towels are a bit thinner than I expected.

Incredible hotel close to all...

Liked: Beautiful rooms, large and bright. Very clean. Incredibly helpful staff. Stunning rooftop pool and bar area - with views of all of the sites in Florence. Highly recommend!

Good experience.

Liked: We loved the hotel. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful with all our needs. The location was a little far from the center and there was not much around to do but it was a clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Breakfast was good but expensive.

Liked: The hotel was lovely! Staff are very positive and friendly, more than happy to help! The roof top pool an restaurant/bar is perfect for a drink in the sun or even to have breakfast! Lovely spot for a hotel too, the river is 100 yards away perfect for a stroll down into the middle of Florence.
