A fantastic surprise! Best place...

Liked: We chose Kossak mainly becaus of its excellent position to walk to the city centre (which is only a 5 minute walk away). At the check in, we were told that the hotel will be undergoing a major renewal and that we would be the firsts to experience the new room's layout. The accomodation was excellent, cozy, super clean, with all the possibile commodities and showing a fantastic design. Bathroom and shower were big and super comfortable. Breakfast was among the best we've tried all over Europe and the breakfast room is top-notch! The staff is super discrete, helpful, responsive, competent and always smiling. Bravi!
Disliked: Honestly there hasn't been a single flaw in any aspect...

Comfortable luxury.

Liked: Location was brilliant, room and facilities were impressive and loved the deep bath! Also the hotel staff were brilliant, were so helpful from organising a trip for us to booking a taxi to the airport.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: One of the ladies at the reception seemed a bit unpleasant. We were vey unfortunate with a view of the inner yard.

Top class 4 star hotel...

Liked: The hotel was beyond our expectations. Excellent, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and lots of extras in the bathrooms.The breakfast was very good with excellent choice and top quality. The scrambled egg was superb.The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk to the main square and the same to the castle. An added bonus was a taxi rank just outside the hotel, ideal for longer trips.

Pleasant, but we would not...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good with a reasonable level of Vegan options and there was plenty of all offerings. The bar was also well stocked, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: For us the lack of parking/secure parking was an issue, so we used the multi story next to the Sheradan Grand. On arrival and being allocated a room we entered the room to see someones case, bag, effects and shoes so promptly left the room and went back to reception to remedy the error. We were shortly given a new room (1st floor), after the receptionist proceeded to tell me how to use the key, I informed her there was nothing wrong with the key, but the room is already occupied! There was no apology or anything.Our trip was to help celebrate our 17th anniversary so it was a little dissappointing to find two single beds pushed together, I'm not sure if the original room was a double...

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel was clean and bright and staff were so lovely.Location was great for walking to the main square.
Disliked: Our room was very stuffy and hot, and the air conditioning was ok - the window was locked and we only learned at the end of the stay that they would have opened it if we asked doh.
