Pleasant

Liked: In the heart of Zentrum, 5 mins distance on everything, nice view!
Disliked: Very bad WiFi connection! Floor, walls, carpets and sofas very old and dirty !

It is a 3 star...

Liked: excellent location. Very clean room.
Disliked: Below average wifi. No heating in the room unless you ask for a heating unit (ventilator) by the reception, which I did and the receptionist replied: It is not too cold now to give you one come back later. Also 15 euros, for the breakfast they are offering, is too much. 10 would be ok.

Liked: Good location, everything was as it should. Excellent staff, so nice and polite. Good breakfast, but not much variety.
Disliked: A little outdated but it seemed to be the vibe in the entire city.
