Just for the gram otherwise...
Liked: - “aesthetic”- good location if you want to be in the city center - comfy bed- nice staff - bikes (available with charge)
Disliked: - loud noise from restaurant all day until midnight makes chilling in the room unpleasant and at points just plain annoying - no fresh air super stuffy in the room - asked about special occasion then did nothing about it - took the towels and didn’t replace them - no coffee, tea, boiler, slippers, robes, all basic expectations at a 4 star hotel with this price - no drinking water provided and the sink is too small to fill a bottle - no nice space or lobby or somewhere to sit around and read that’s not the stuffy loud room or the restaurant

Good
Liked: I stayed stay at this hotel for the second time this year, and while there are certainly positive aspects, there are also a few negative points that have unfortunately remained unaddressed. One of the standout features of this hotel is its convenient location. It provides easy access to nearby attractions, etc.Another positive aspect worth mentioning is the hotel's lunch restaurant. The food served there is delicious. However, during my visit, it took a rather long 15 minutes before a waitress came with the menu card, and the service overall was not as sharp as expected, even though it was not a particularly busy day. Additionally, when we ordered wine by the glass for lunch, the pour was extremely small compared to the standard, which left us feeling quite disappointed.
Disliked: Upon our arrival, we were initially dissatisfied as we had booked a superior room with a bathtub but were given a very tiny room next to the elevator. After expressing our concerns, we were eventually moved to the room we had paid for, but the initial mix-up was not a great start to our stay. There were also some smaller issues that added up. For instance, the absence of slippers in a four-star hotel was unexpected, and the lack of a fridge in the room was inconvenient. Furthermore, during breakfast, we were surprised to find out that scrambled or fried eggs were not included in the "basic breakfast price" and had to be ordered separately for an additional charge. The breakfast experience itself was chaotic, with only two waiters serving the entire restaurant and a lack of coordination regarding missing items.Overall, while there are positive aspects to this hotel, such as its location and delicious food, the unaddressed negative points, including subpar service, room allocation issues, and breakfast coordination, left a sour impression. It is my hope to take these concerns into consideration and works towards improving these areas for future guests.

Excellent choice in the city...
Liked: The room was bigger than I expected from a city centre hotel. The athmosphere of the hotel was nice, old style. Big bathroom and comfy beds. Excellent location, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Netto grocery store right around the corner.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. No shelves in the bathroom for your stuff.
