Liked: Great location within easy walking distance of all attractions. We drove to the hotel - they do not have parking you need to park a fair walk away. The staff were delightful - friendly and helpful.

Liked: The hotel is in a nice location. The exterior of the building is inviting, and the interior decor is well-done.
Disliked: We had two rooms in our reservation and were there for 4 days. I had to change rooms after the first night because my assigned room's door would not open. It seemed like the sponge lining of the door had swollen, making it impossible to enter and open. Thankfully the staff were kind making it easier to find a solution :)One of the biggest issues was the ventilation—or rather, the complete lack of it. The hotel had a restaurant inside, and because of the poor ventilation system, the entire place was constantly filled with an unbearable smell. It was always hot and stuffy, making it extremely uncomfortable.If you happen to get a room facing the inside of the hotel, consider it a nightmare. There is absolutely no way to air out the room, and with the heat and lingering food smells from the restaurant, the atmosphere becomes suffocating. It felt almost impossible to get fresh air, which made the stay very unpleasant.The hotel had two elevators, and the one closest to our room broke down on our second day. Unfortunately, it was never repaired for the remainder of our stay. For an actively functioning hotel, this was quite disappointing, as it added unnecessary inconvenience to our experience.The hotel also lacks basic amenities like mini bars and slippers, which is surprising since they are now standard in most hotels.

Liked: Pleasant hotel, well located in Copenhagen for exploring sites and museums, good breakfast service.
Disliked: We initially had a room that had a small bed space and larger sitting area; we changed this via the front desk to a room that had a better balance of bed space to sitting space.
