Liked: It's location is very favorable, really good, the staff is very kind, they also rent you bikes, which is a must if you want to see all the cool places.
Disliked: The rooms are really basic.. small, kind of old, but clean.

Liked: When I contacted the hotel after my stay about a fire stick that I forgot in the hotel I didn't receive any feedback
Disliked: Despite good people in charge, no one answer emails of the phone after I left claiming they do not understand English on the phone but no one answered the messages on the app.

Liked: The location is absolutely spot on for visiting Bruges. The room was clean and tidy. Checkin was smooth and easy and the staff were lovely.
Disliked: The property seems in need of refreshing in general. The rooms are quite tired and things have worn out a bit. The light in my room didn’t work and there was a broken plug socket.

Liked: The location was excellent a few meetings from the main square, the room we had was clean and comfortable, it was a little dated but we only using the room for sleeping in and the cost was really economical.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little dated and ithe shower took a while to get the temp right, but it was fine for a couple of nights and exceeded what i was expecting.
