not nice to stay for...

Liked: The bett was ok, but in general the hotel was not nice furnished. There were many smokers around the hotel.
Disliked: We did not have hot water and were not informed. 24 hours without hot water, even if it is an accident is not normal. Hotel staff is not nice and did not want to contact the manager and did not offer anything. The next day they offered a breakfast, but no money back for the night stay.

Liked: Spotless bed and bedding. Complimentary coffee and tea is nice. The university is just a 30 min forested walk away
Disliked: Carpeting needs a deep clean. Payment by foreign cards failed (ATM was reasonably close). No outlet close to the bed.

Liked: Friendly staff. Calm place
Disliked: Bad soundproofing of the door.
