Very good

A bit of nostalgic luxury...

Liked: Check in was good, the receptionist was kind and completed the procedures quickly. You get a physical key, not a card, which is a bit charming. Like the key, if you don't expect the hotel to have the newest facilities, but what they do have is well-maintained and very clean. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. No shower, but it does have a large bathtub and a bidet. The doors are a bit thin, but there aren't many rooms on each floor, so it was quiet overall. The bed was comfortable for the price point, but not luxurious.The location is great - right outside a metro station and several tram lines - and it has a direct view of the castle and the river. Easy walk to downtown; about 10-12 minutes from the main square in the old town.(Full disclosure, I got a pretty good price traveling in the off-season, ~60€/night, but it was still right before Christmas.)
Disliked: I tried to confirm the check-out procedure with one of the hotel staff while I was leaving, but his response was a curt "I'm not the receptionist." I mean, sure, but that doesn't mean you can't answer the question or at least use a nicer tone...

Pleasant

Excellent rooms and location.

Liked: Excellent room, no further comments on that. Breakfast is good, but limited options, maybe it worths the price. The hotel has no other amenities but the room and the restaurant, as I could see. Anyway, I loved my stay and totally recommend it to everyone who's visiting Praga. Depending on the price, I may be back everytime I travel back to Prague.
Disliked: Nothing to add here. It meets my expectations, it's a perfect location and very comfortable.

Comfortable and adequate hotel stay...

Liked: Great location within easy walk of Christmas Market in Old Town and close to metro.Hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable .Hotel reception was manned from morning until night and staff were very helpful.I would recommend this Hotel , despite the few shortfalls as it was pleasant enough and within easy reach of the airport by public transport
Disliked: The hotel was advertised as providing a view of the castle. Being in room 13, the view was mainly a brick wall. Disappointing, but would have been more acceptable if room was cheaper.Shower holder was broken, so if shower was switched on to maximum pressure, the shower head was able to move freely and spray outside the cubicle. Water temperature was variable so more often than not, the water was not hot (only warm).Bqse of toilet bowl was stained brown (so unpleasant to see, even though it was clean)

Passable

Prague is nice , but...

Liked: The location is top . Nice and comfortable beds. Large rooms.
Disliked: No warm water . Cold rooms .Bad facilities .No breakfast including due to booking reservation.10 euro per hour charges if you arrives after 22:00 ( only cash and no documents for this taxes )Very expensive parking !

Very nearly relocated, regrettable that...

Liked: The location is great. Just a ten minute stroll over the bridge to the markets
Disliked: No hot water. Totally unacceptable
